How long does it take for my order to ship?
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Shipping by Canada Post is expected to be anywhere from 2 to 10 business days.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we ship within Canada only. We are currently working to ship internationally in the future!
How much are shipping charges?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, it is based on Canada Post charges.
I haven't received my order yet, what do I do?
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with the Shopify Chat feature in the bottom right corner of this page with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us via the Shopify Chat feature in the bottom right corner of this page as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Can I return or exchange my item?
We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Orders will be refunded or exchanged minus the shipping costs.
